What an opportunity to showcase your company!!! 

Offer an educational seminar about your company and it’s services prior to our scheduled Reception & Travel Trade Shows for Professional Travel Arrangers.

  • As the host/sponsor of your seminar we encourage you to invite attendees to both your seminar and the trade show/reception.

In each city we offer only two (in a few cases three) hour-long seminars prior to the trade show/receptions.  So as not to compete with each other, seminars are stacked.  One starting at 3:10pm and one at 4:30 (sometimes one at 1:50pm).

In 2011 --
The Anchorage CVB conducted a seminar on Alaska at everyone of our shows throughout 2011.  Their program began at 4:30pm and went until the start of the trade show at 5:30pm.  They were overwhelmed with the fantastic response.  Over 65% of all the attendees for the trade show attended their seminar as well.  For an hour the Anchorage CVB had the undivided attention of over 2500 professional travel arrangers. 

For 2012
We were very pleased that Sandals + Beaches Resorts conducted an hour-long seminar prior to all our trade shows in 2012. They also averaged a 65% attendance.

For 2013 - Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and/or Visit Anchorage will be presenting at almost all locations.  A few seminar spots are still available. Click here for the seminar/trade show application.

Seminar & Trade Show.  Rates include the exhibitor fee for full participation in the trade show/reception and your seminar: 1-3 shows: $1395 per show; 4-11 shows: $1256 per show; 12-19 shows: $1116 per show; 20 + shows: $977 per show.

If your company has already signed up (and paid) to be an exhibitor and you would now wish to add a seminar, here are the rates:  1-3 shows: $695 per show; 4-11 shows: $595 per show; 12-19 shows: $545 per show; 20 + shows: $495 per show.

The seminar package includes a designated area for the program, theater style seating for up to 40 attendees and a water station.  Any expenses for additional attendees, A/V, refreshments, etc. related to the seminar are the seminar provider’s responsibility.  By making payment the exhibitor acknowledges acceptance of the Exhibitor Rules as listed herein.

For 2013 -
Space is on a first come paid basis.  To ensure optimum time for marketing, seminar spots should be reserved at least 60 days prior. The company contracting for more seminars receives the preferential spot.
