What an opportunity to showcase your company!!!  Offer an educational seminar about your company and it’s services prior to our scheduled Reception & Travel Trade Shows for Professional Travel Arrangers.   It’s an inexpensive opportunity to enthrall a captive audience.

We highlight your company and list your seminar in all the invitations. We provide an online description/invitation and registration link for your program.   As the host/sponsor of your seminar we encourage you to invite attendees to both your seminar and the trade show/reception. Your company gets a prime location at the trade show. We provide you with the full list and contact details of all the registrants for your seminar and the affiliated trade show/reception.

In 2011 -- The Anchorage CVB conducted a seminar on Alaska at everyone of our shows throughout 2011.  Their program began at 4:30pm and went until the start of the trade show at 5:30pm.  They were overwhelmed with the fantastic response.  Over 65% of all the attendees for the trade show attended their seminar as well.  For an hour the Anchorage CVB had the undivided attention of over 2500 professional travel arrangers.  For 2012 – We are very pleased that Sandals + Beaches Resorts will be conducting an hour-long seminar prior to almost all our trade shows in 2012.  We have an opening for one additional seminar at most of the remaining shows and will accept one of a non-conflicting nature prior to the Sandals & Beaches program.  $1295 per show, which includes the seminar (up to 40 attendees) and the followwing reception/trade show.  $695 per show or less if the that reception/trade show has been pre-paid.  There are discounts for multi-show participation.  To check availability click here.
