At every location we are offering just two or in a few cases three time slots for educational seminars prior to the reception/trade show that starts at 5:30pm.   Locations listed in RED Italics are sold out for all seminar slots--Trade Show space is still available.

In 2012 all of the 4:30-5:30pm time slots were taken by Sandals & Beaches and in 2011 by the Anchorage CVB..  All of the 4:30-5:30pm slots for 2013 are already taken by Uniworld Boutique River Cruising or Visit Anchorage.

The 3:10-4:10pm time slots.  Are available on a first come basis paid basis.  In order to assure ample marketing & promotion, please try to confirm your participation at least 60 day prior to the program.

The 1:50-2:50pm time slots (not available in all locations).  Are available on a first come basis paid basis.  In order to assure ample marketing & promotion, please try confirm your participation at least 60 day prior to the program.

Seminar & Trade Show.  Rates include the exhibitor fee for full participation in the trade show/reception and your seminar: 1-14 shows: $1295 per show; 15-29 shows: $1095 per show; 30 + shows: $995 per show.

If your company has already signed up (and paid) to be an exhibitor and you would now wish to add a seminar, here are the rates:  1-14 shows: $695 per show; 15-29 shows: $595 per show; 30 + shows: $550 per show.
