At every location we are offering two time slots for educational seminars prior to the reception/trade show that starts at 5:30pm.
All of the 4:30-5:30pm time slots are taken for 2012. Sandals & Beaches will be conducting 43 of them and the Anchorage CVB two.
The 3-4pm time slots. The cities listed in italics have been taken. Others are available on a first come basis paid basis. In order to assure ample marketing & promotion, please confirm your participation at lease 60 day prior to the program.
Seminar & Trade Show. Rates include the exhibitor fee for full participation in the trade show/reception and your seminar: 1-14 shows: $1295 per show; 15-29 shows: $1095 per show; 30 + shows: $950 per show.
If your company has already signed up (and paid) to be an exhibitor and you would now wish to add a seminar, here are the rates: 1-14 shows: $695 per show; 15-29 shows: $595 per show; 30 + shows: $550 per show.
