Exhibitor Setup: 4PM ~ Exhibitor Buffet: 5PM ~ Agents Arrive: 5:30PM ~ Door Prize Drawings: 6:30PM ~ Show Closes: About 8PM.

Please, please invite your agents from these areas to join us at the shows -- A larger turnout is good for all of us. Invitations often get lost in an agency; so the more times, and ways, we all can remind them that we want them to join us helps to get a better turn out. If you are making calls on agents in the area prior to the shows please invite them.
Brochure Shipping:
Most exhibitors will bring their collateral material with them. If you wish to ship brochures, etc. your brochures should arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the event ..
Room Reservations:
We try to get a room block and special rates for exhibitors at most location.
Door Prizes
Almost all exhibitors offer a door prize or two for lucky agent(s). They range from trips and accommodations to gift cards, wine, etc. You will draw the winner(s) from the business cards you collect at your table.
