Here's what you get
National Recognition - We highlight your company as a "National Travel Industry Sponsor" on all our promotional material - invitations, advertisements for the trade shows, on our travel agent & meeting planners' web site, etc. And you get the best possible location for your display at every show.
Partnership Benefits - It's to your advantage to have your supplier/partners also attend the trade shows as this gives your company increased identity. You may extend a 10% discount to any of your supplier/partners that contract for their own table (this discount can apply to a single show or to a series of shows).
Can't Attend Every Show in Person? - We understand that there are conflicts with dates and staffing situations that come up. In these instances we will introduce your company and display and distribute your material for you. After these shows we will send you the registration data base so you may follow up with those you missed in person.
Door Prize - If you wish, we can tie-in your door prize at each show to your National Recognition information on invitations, etc.
Pre-Show Seminars -- As a National Travel Industry Sponsor you have the option to conduct seminars prior to the reception/trade shows. The cost for this option is dependent upon the venue. We will assist with e-invitations, etc.
Great Price - Only $445* per show. A very cost effective way to get your material and information in the hands of the best travel arrangers.
Good Company - Some of our past or present National Sponsors are Perillo Tours, Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau, Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, Kenya Airways, Aberdeen Tours, Galileo, American Orient Express, Abreu Tours, the Portuguese National Tourist Office, Ya'lla Tours, ExpressJet, OSSN, Costa Rica Travel Corp, TAM Brazilian Airlines, Australian Pacific Touring (APT), Indo-China Travel Services, EMBRATUR (the Brazilian Tourist Board), Skål International, CIE Tours, Alaska's Latitude Alaska, Leisure Group Travel Magazine, Sandals + Beaches Resorts, JaxFax Travel Magazine, travel42, Luxury Travel & others.
