We allow up to four individual company identifications (and attendees) per table. However, we request that no more than two individuals are present at each table at any one time.
1st table at regular price
2nd table deduct 20%
3rd and each additional table deduct 40%
For example: A CVB wants to bring a fine group of their illustrious members to exhibit at a series of three shows. They have committed to sharing six tables with 12 exhibitors. The regular price for the series of three shows is $1495.
1st table = $1495
2nd table = 1196
3rd – 6th = 897 each
Total for all six tables = $6279 or $523.25 per exhibitor for the series of three shows (or less than $175 per show/per exhibitor). The regular price for sharing a table would normally be $747.50 (or about $250 per show).
The savings are even bigger if the price is divided by more attendees. In the same example, the CVB has now twisted the arms of a few more willing participants and has 24 exhibitors sharing the 6 tables. About $262 per exhibitor for all three shows (about $87 per show). Get your material in the agents' and planners' hands for less than the cost of a mailing. So start doing some arm-twisting.
