Multi-Table & Multi-Show Discounts

The more shows and/or more tables you do the larger the discount.  We offer these rates on the total number of table you have.  It can be one table at "?" number of shows or "?" number of tables at one or more shows.  So any combination of tables qualifies for the great discounts:

1, 2 or 3 tables is $399 per table

4-11 tables is $359 per table

12 tables or more is only $319

Additional discounts for doing all the shows this year.  And it includes National Travel Agent Sponsorship designation.  Please click here for the CVB/Tourist Board Exhibitor Application

Share-Table

How many exhibitors you put with each table is up to you.  Most CVBs will give each exhibitor one table.  However, we allow up to four individual company identifications (and attendees) per table at no additional charge.  We request that no more than two individuals are present at each table at any one time.  So bring a bunch of your compatriots.

A conservative example:  A CVB wants to bring a fine group of their illustrious members to exhibit at a series of four shows.  They have committed to sharing three tables with 6 exhibitors (two exhibitors per table).  Total of 12 tables giving them the $319 per table rate (or only $159.50 each since they are sharing).

The savings are even bigger if the price is divided by more of your members.  In the same example, the CVB has now twisted the arms of a few more willing participants and has 12 exhibitors sharing the 3 tables.  That's only $319 per exhibitor for all four shows (less than $80 per show/per exhibitor).  Get your info in the travel agents' hands for less than the cost of a mailing.  So start doing some arm-twisting.

Free For Your CVB/Tourist Board
We have had one in ingenious CVB make it very cost effective for their office--FREE.  They set the price that they charge their members to join them at the trade show based on one table with two exhibitors sharing (at $200 per show).   And as they add additional exhibitors and tables they keep the set price that they charge the same.

As they get more exhibitors they are getting a deeper discount.  Their table price goes from $399 to $319.  Their members are still getting "great deal" and the CVB is realizing a "profit" from their work in putting the whole thing together of $80 per table per show.   They actually use this "profit" to pay for their portion of a table, travel expenses and other "goodies" that benefit their contingent.  They also charge a small fee for non-attending members to have their material distributed at the shows.

Extra Help – Invitation letter for your affiliates

Hotels ~ Resorts ~ Attractions ~ Tour & Ground Operators ~ DMCs

Get them to join you!!!

We have created a form letter that you may use to get your affiliated companies to join you at the shows.  It’s designed to help you get your partners to come to the shows.  The more exhibitors you can get representing your area the bigger and better the impact.

Click here to get the letter.  It is in Word format so you may modify it any way you wish before sending it to your potential partners.  It should be helpful in getting extra participation.  Note: At the bottom of the letter you should direct them where to return (fax?) the completed form.
