Who Attends?

Regional Travel Agents who are eager to meet suppliers and develop their education.  Our Reception/Trade Shows are open to ALL travel agents -- ASTA, OSSN, NACTA & CLIA Members; owners & managers; home based, independents & in house agents.  We get agents that specialize in leisure and business travel.

Starting in 2009 we'll be adding Association, Corporate and Independent Meeting Planners.  Also Incentive Travel Specialists and Group Tour Planners.

Many that attend are group, incentive, destination and meeting specialists.  Most shows average between 50-150 attendees.  We make an effort to highlight smaller markets (30-50 attendees) where the planners and agents have less opportunity to meet suppliers and are very appreciative to meet you.  There is plenty of one-on-one time.

In addition to the hard-to-reach home-based agents we get travel agents from AAA, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit, Uniglobe and other national agencies.

Great Suppliers -- hotels and hotel chains, cruise lines,  tour operators, airlines, CVBs & foreign tourist boards, car and limousine rental companies, resorts and spas, consortia, adventure operators, ski areas, amusement parks & casinos, tourist attractions, and industry suppliers are our exhibitors.  Travel agents  planners are very grateful for the attending suppliers and support them.  Many of our exhibitor/suppliers have been with us for over 10 years.

Sponsorships & Fam Trips
  • Sponsorships and promotional opportunities are available.
  • Some of our reception/trade shows incorporate travel familiarization trips (FAM) to increase the diversity of those attending.
  • Portuguese Trade & Tourism Commission, TAM Brazilian Airlines, Galileo, GrandLuxe Rail Journeys, Jurni Network, Abreu Tours and Ya'lla Tours are a few of our past "National Travel Sponsors" of our shows.
  • For the past four years all off our shows have been allied with OSSN (the Outside Sales Support Network);  many shows with regional ASTA chapters (some for over 15 years).
