Who Attends?

All Types of Professional Travel Arrangers

We attract a diversified group of travel arranger/buyers.  All are eager to develop new relationships and to find out what's new with their favorite suppliers.  They attend to expand their knowledge and find new profit concepts.

Most of our attendees are Travel Agents of all types.  Our Reception/Trade Shows are open to all legitimate travel agents -- whether they are associated with national organizations (as ASTA, OSSN, NACTA & CLIA) or independent.  We target owners & managers; home based & in-house agents.  We get agents that specialize in leisure and business travel and those that are destination, incentive or group specialists.

In addition to the hard-to-reach home-based agents we get travel agents from AAA, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit, Frosch, Uniglobe and other national agencies.

Meeting Planners from large and small corporations (including association & non-profits) and the hard-to-reach independent planners.  We target members of MPI, SITE and other national organizations.

Event and Group Planners, Incentive Travel Specialists and Tour Organizers are also among our professional travel arranger attendees.

Most shows average between 50-100 attendees.  We make an effort to highlight smaller markets (30-50 attendees) where the planners and agents have less opportunity to meet suppliers and are very appreciative to meet you.  There is plenty of one-on-one time.

Great Supplier/Exhibitors

Attending exhibitors are hotels and hotel chains, cruise lines,  tour operators, airlines, CVBs & foreign tourist boards, car and limousine rental companies, resorts and spas, consortia, adventure operators, ski areas, amusement parks & casinos, tourist attractions, and industry suppliers.  Travel agents and planners are very grateful for the attending suppliers and support them.  Many of our exhibitor/suppliers have been with us for over 10 years.  We average about 20 exhibitors at each show.
